Growing Creative Careers: Project Planning Panel - This event has already occurred
This public session is delivered as part of WorkInCulture's Growing Creative Careers Program. If you are interested in participating in our next multi-session intensive cohort, please visit the website for more details about the program.
Bringing a project plan or project management mindset into your artistic practice or creative work isn’t about bringing in more administrative structure for the sake of it. Doing so can help you keep track of your responsibilities and tasks in a way that feels manageable and contained, can improve your communications with collaborators and partners, and can help you see how your actions all fit into helping you achieve your larger vision and goals.
But where do you start?
How do you know its working?
What tools and resources are available to you?
Learn from our expert panel of guest speakers about their experiences starting, implementing, and evaluating their own creative projects.
